Description

The Flying Dragon Nebula is a faint emission nebula that closely resemles a supernova remnant. This structure is thought to have been formed by a combination of intense stellar winds emitted by massive, hot, O and B stars interacting with magnetic fields within the interstellar medium. This region is entirely or mostly Ha with extremely little Oiii.
